Thank you for your interest in serving with Noble County Events, Inc.
Noble County Events, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to creating community-driven events and programs that give back.
We are seeking dependable, community-minded individuals who are interested in helping guide the organization, contribute ideas, participate in organizational decisions, and support NCE events and initiatives.
Our Board of Directors is an active, working board. Board members are expected to participate in meetings, respond to board communications, contribute to decisions, and assist with the work of the organization when needed.
Previous nonprofit or board experience is not required. We welcome individuals with a variety of backgrounds, experiences, skills, and perspectives.
Completing this application is an expression of interest only and does not guarantee appointment to the Board of Directors. NCE may contact applicants for additional conversation before an individual is considered for appointment.

I understand that NCE’s Board of Directors is an active, working board and that directors are expected to participate in meetings, respond to organizational communications in a timely manner, participate in board decisions, and contribute reasonable time and effort to NCE events, programs, and initiatives.
I understand that board service is voluntary and that prospective directors may be contacted by Noble County Events, Inc. for additional discussion before any appointment is considered.
If selected, I understand that additional organizational policies, conflict-of-interest requirements, confidentiality expectations, and other board governance requirements may apply.
