By submitting this application, you ("the Performer") agree to the following terms and conditions for participating in the Sip and Stroll Talent Show on Feb 13th, 2027:
Family-Friendly Content: The Sip & Stroll is a public, community-wide event. All performances, lyrics, costumes, and stage behavior must be strictly family-friendly and appropriate for all ages. The Event Organizers reserve the right to cut a performance short if it violates this rule.
Alcohol Policy: While this is a Sip & Stroll event, Performers are strictly prohibited from consuming alcohol before or during their scheduled performance time. Visibly intoxicated performers will be disqualified immediately and removed from the schedule.
Acoustics & Performance Limits: Performances are strictly limited to 5 minutes. The Event Organizers will provide a standard sound system, microphones, and an auxiliary hookup. Performers must bring their own instruments, backing tracks, or specialized equipment.
Media Release: You grant the Event Organizers permission to photograph, record, or film your performance. These materials may be used for future marketing, social media, and promotional purposes without compensation.
Assumption of Risk & Liability: You assume all risks associated with your participation, including injury or damage/loss to your personal equipment. You agree to hold harmless the Event Organizers, venue owners, city officials, and sponsors from any liability or claims.
Selection & Scheduling: Submission of an application does not guarantee a performance slot. The Event Organizers will review all applications and notify selected performers of their exact stage times well in advance.
