Event Schedule:

Registration: 4:00 – 6:00 PM
Showtime: 5:00 – 8:00 PM
Awards Ceremony: 7:30 PM

Mt. Vernon Fall Fest Cruise-In – Participant Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility
Open to all cars, trucks, and motorcycles.
All vehicles must be legally owned or have the owner’s permission to participate.
Participants must be at least 18 years old or have a parent/guardian present.
 
2. Registration
Registration is required between 4:00–6:00 PM at the event or online in advance.
By registering, participants agree to abide by all event rules and regulations.
Organizers reserve the right to deny registration to any participant for safety or appropriateness reasons.
 
3. Vehicle Requirements
Vehicles must be in safe, operable condition.
No leaking fluids or hazardous modifications are allowed.

 4. Conduct & Safety
No reckless driving, burnouts, revving, or unsafe operation of vehicles at any time.
Participants must follow staff/volunteer instructions at all times.
Unsafe behavior may result in removal from the event.
 
5. Liability Waiver
By participating, entrants release Mt. Vernon Tourism, Fall Fest organizers, Monken Toyota, the City of Mt. Vernon, sponsors, and volunteers from any liability for injury, loss, or damage to persons or property.
Participants accept full responsibility for their vehicle, belongings, and any actions during the event.
 
6. Photography & Promotion
By entering the event, participants grant permission for photos and videos of their vehicles to be used in event promotions, advertising, and social media without compensation.
 
7. Awards & Judging
Awards will be determined by event judges.
All decisions are final.
Categories may be adjusted or combined at the organizers’ discretion.
 
8. Removal from Event
The organizers reserve the right to remove any participant or vehicle from the event at any time for failure to follow these terms or for safety concerns.
