FAILURE TO ABIDE BY THIS MAY RESULT IN NOT BEING ABLE TO PARTICIPATE IN FUTURE EVENTS. THE VILLAGE OF PALM SPRINGS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS, DAMAGE OR INJURY SUSTAINED WHILE ATTENDING THIS EVENT.
