NVRMORE Entertainment & Festivals returns to the Anderson Civic Center Halloween weekend with the darkest chapter of Ravens & Roses yet — Raven’s Haunted Harvest.

This time, we're leaving some of the Victorian elegance behind and stepping into something darker, stranger and a little more twisted.

Steampunk. Gothic. Haunted. Macabre. Dark Fantasy. Halloween.

And we're looking for the performers, entertainers, characters and wonderfully unusual humans who can help us bring that world to life.

ENTERTAINMENT DATES & HOURS
Friday, October 30: 1 PM – 9 PM
Saturday, October 31: 11 AM – 9 PM
Sunday, November 1: 11 AM – 6 PM

PLEASE NOTE: Raven’s Haunted Harvest opens Thursday, October 29; however, scheduled entertainment programming will begin Friday, October 30. Entertainment applications are for Friday through Sunday only.

TWO SIDES OF THE HARVEST
Raven’s Haunted Harvest changes as the day moves into night — and our entertainment will be a huge part of that transformation.

? DAYTIME — FAMILY-FRIENDLY HAUNTED HARVEST

Until 5 PM, entertainment and character interactions throughout the festival will remain appropriate for children and families.

Daytime programming will include Trick-or-Treating throughout the festival, roaming characters, interactive entertainment, performances and Halloween fun designed for guests of all ages.

Performers participating during daytime hours should be comfortable interacting with families and children while maintaining the atmosphere and personality of their character or act.

? AFTER DARK — THE HARVEST CHANGES

At 5 PM, the festival begins its transition.

Beginning at 6 PM, the darker side of Raven’s Haunted Harvest comes out to play.

Evening programming may include scare actors, darker characters, scare zones, horror elements, immersive interactions and entertainment intended for a more mature audience.

We're looking for performers who can help make that transformation feel real.

MORE THAN A STAGE
NVRMORE festivals are built around creating an experience, not simply filling a performance schedule.

Some entertainers will perform on stage.

Others may roam the festival, interact with guests, inhabit a character, participate in themed activities or become part of the atmosphere itself.

Some may do a little bit of everything.

When completing your application, please tell us what you do, what type of environment you perform best in, whether your performance is appropriate for daytime/family audiences, after-dark audiences or BOTH, and what you would need from us to make your performance successful.

Photos, videos, social media links and examples of previous performances are strongly encouraged.

ENTERTAINER & CHARACTER APPLICATION TERMS & CONDITIONS

By submitting an application, applicants acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

APPLICATION & ACCEPTANCE
• Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.
• NVRMORE Entertainment & Festivals reserves the right to approve or deny any application at its sole discretion.
• Accepted participants will receive confirmation and event details prior to the event.

EVENT THEME
• Raven's & Roses is inspired by Victorian elegance, steampunk adventure, pirate culture, Viking exploration, gothic romance, historical fantasy, and old-world storytelling.
• Themed participation is encouraged but not required.
• Preference may be given to performers and characters whose acts complement the atmosphere and guest experience of the event.
• Characters based on copyrighted film, television, comic, anime, or video game properties are not permitted without appropriate licensing.

CONDUCT & PROFESSIONALISM
• All participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully toward guests, vendors, sponsors, staff, volunteers, and fellow participants.
• Harassment, discrimination, aggressive behavior, intoxication, or disruptive conduct will not be tolerated.
• Participants may be removed from the event without compensation for violations of event policies.

FAMILY-FRIENDLY ENVIRONMENT
• Raven's & Roses is a family-friendly event.
• Costumes, performances, language, props, and guest interactions must remain appropriate for a general audience.
• Event management reserves the right to require modifications to costumes, props, performances, or displays deemed inappropriate.

SAFETY REQUIREMENTS
• Participants must comply with all local, state, and federal laws.
• No live weapons are permitted.
• Prop weapons must be peace-bonded or otherwise approved by event management.
• Fire, pyrotechnics, smoke effects, open flames, or hazardous materials are prohibited unless approved in writing by event management.
• Participants are responsible for the safe operation and supervision of any approved props or equipment.

PERFORMANCE & PARTICIPATION
• Accepted performers and characters agree to participate during their approved schedule and designated performance periods.
• Roaming characters should remain active and engaged with guests while maintaining awareness of pedestrian traffic, vendor operations, and public safety.
• Event management reserves the right to modify schedules, locations, or performance assignments as needed.

LOAD-IN, PARKING & SETUP
• Participants must follow all load-in, parking, setup, and breakdown instructions provided by event management.
• Vehicles must be moved to designated parking areas prior to event opening unless otherwise authorized.
• Participants are responsible for their own equipment, costumes, displays, and personal belongings.

WEATHER POLICY
• Raven's & Roses is a rain-or-shine event.
• Participants should be prepared for changing weather conditions.
• No refunds, guarantees, or compensation will be provided due to weather-related impacts, attendance fluctuations, or circumstances beyond event management's control.

PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA RELEASE
• By participating, applicants grant NVRMORE Entertainment & Festivals permission to photograph, film, and use images or recordings of their participation for promotional, marketing, advertising, social media, and future event purposes without additional compensation.

LIABILITY
• Participants assume all risks associated with participation in the event.
• Participants are responsible for any injury, loss, theft, or damage to their persons, costumes, equipment, displays, or property.
• NVRMORE Entertainment & Festivals, LLC, its staff, volunteers, sponsors, venue partners, and affiliates shall not be held liable for injury, loss, theft, damage, delays, weather-related impacts, or other circumstances beyond their control.

EVENT MANAGEMENT AUTHORITY
• Event management reserves the right to interpret and enforce all event rules and policies.
• Failure to comply with event policies may result in removal from the event and ineligibility for future participation.
