Thank you for your interest in presenting a Panel or Performance at Little Rock Anime Fest 2027. Little Rock Anime Fest 2027 takes place February 6th & 7th 2027 at the Statehouse Convention Cetner. After filling out this form, you will receive an email regarding your approval status as we draw nearer to the event.

Fill out the following form to the best of your ability. If your submission is selected, we will reach out to you to confirm your approval as we near the event.
Selected applicants are expected to be at their panel room or programming stage no less than 15 minutes before the scheduled start time.
Unless there is an emergency, selected panelist and performers are expected to meet their panel or programming commitment. Failure to do so could result in being blacklisted from future VXV Event applications.
Because all of our events are all-ages events, all panels and performances are to remain family-friendly. If any panelist or performer deviates from all-ages content, they may be escorted from the panel room or stage and may be blacklisted from future VXV Event applications.
Please only submit one panel for one event at a time. If you would like to submit multiple panels/performances for one event, one panel/performance for multiple events, or multiple panels/performances for multiple events, please fill out a separate Panel/Performance Application for each panel/performance for each event.
Applicants who present multiple panels and/or at multiple VXV Events shows will be given priority consideration.
