About the event

www.PassportToFear.com The Passport to Fear is a collaborative Halloween tourism initiative designed to connect haunted attractions across the south and encourage patrons to experience more than one haunt during the Halloween season. Each participating attraction becomes an official destination on the Passport to Fear. Patrons receive a physical Passport booklet and collect a unique official stamp from every participating attraction they visit. The more attractions they experience, the greater the rewards.

PASSPORT TO FEAR™
REGISTRATION, ELIGIBILITY & REWARD CLAIM TERMS
Participation in the Passport to Fear™ program and eligibility to receive any Passport to Fear rewards, prizes, merchandise, certificates, badges, or other promotional benefits requires the participant to properly register their Passport with Passport to Fear. Registration must be completed using accurate and truthful information. Each participant must provide their full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, email address, shirt size, the location/attraction where their Passport was purchased or obtained, favorite participating location, and any other information reasonably requested by Passport to Fear for purposes of registration, verification, communication, prize fulfillment, and administration of the program.

A participant must be properly registered in order to claim any reward or prize associated with the Passport to Fear program. Possession of a Passport alone does not guarantee eligibility for a reward. Passport to Fear reserves the right to verify a participant's identity, registration information, Passport, stamps, tickets, receipts, digital records, photographs, or other reasonable documentation establishing that the participant actually visited the participating attractions claimed on their Passport.

PROOF OF VISIT
Participants are responsible for obtaining and retaining the required proof of visitation for each participating attraction. Proof may include, but is not limited to, an official Passport to Fear stamp, attraction-issued validation, ticket or admission record, receipt, digital verification, or other documentation approved by Passport to Fear.

A stamp or other validation may only be obtained by physically visiting the participating attraction or through another officially authorized method established by Passport to Fear. Participants may be required to present their Passport and/or other proof of visitation before receiving a reward.

Passport to Fear reserves the right to reject, invalidate, or withhold credit for any stamp, validation, or proof of visitation that appears to be altered, duplicated, transferred, counterfeit, improperly obtained, or otherwise inconsistent with the rules of the program.

REWARD ELIGIBILITY
Participants must satisfy all applicable requirements for the reward level they are attempting to claim. Rewards are based upon the number of verified participating-attraction visits recorded in the participant's Passport or otherwise verified by Passport to Fear.

Participants may be required to submit their completed Passport and/or other required documentation for verification before a reward is issued.

Rewards are subject to availability and may be substituted with an item of equal or greater value when necessary. Rewards are non-transferable and, unless otherwise stated by Passport to Fear, have no cash value and may not be exchanged for cash.

REWARD DISTRIBUTION
All eligible rewards for the 2026 Passport to Fear season will be distributed or made available to qualified participants on or before November 30th, 2026, provided that the participant has properly registered, completed the applicable requirements, and supplied all information and verification necessary to process the reward.

Passport to Fear may contact registered participants using the contact information provided during registration regarding reward eligibility, verification, fulfillment, special promotions, or other program-related matters.

Participants are responsible for ensuring that their registration information is accurate and current. Passport to Fear is not responsible for rewards that cannot be delivered because of incorrect, incomplete, or outdated participant information.

ONE PARTICIPANT — ONE REGISTERED PASSPORT
Unless otherwise specifically stated in the official Passport to Fear rules, each participant must register their own Passport using their own information. Passports, stamps, visit credits, and rewards may not be transferred, sold, duplicated, or combined between participants for the purpose of reaching a reward level.

Passport to Fear reserves the right to investigate suspected fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized participation and may disqualify any participant whose participation violates these terms or the official rules of the program.
