Welcome - please complete the following application in full in order to have your panel ideas considered for our upcoming January 2027 show. Information required includes:

To note, the number of panels being hosted this year has decreased. To improve your chances of being selected, please be flexible with your availability and lean into the theme of this show. Examples include (but are not limited to):
- Resident Evil
- Horror
- Animation
- Video Games
- The Amazing Digital Circus
- Anime
- Table Top RPGs/Gaming
Terms & Conditions
To ensure a smooth review process, please make sure your application is complete and focuses on a single panel concept—incomplete submissions unfortunately cannot be considered. We’ll notify you of approval or rejection by email between late October and early November. All panels are scheduled using the availability and preferences you provided, and our team will do our very best to accommodate them! However, if you are unable to make your assigned time slot, your panel will need to be canceled. If your availability changes or you can no longer participate, please let the GOE staff know as soon as possible.
