All panelists are required to check in at Registration / Help Desk using their name and panel title as listed on their approved application. Prior to receiving a Panelist badge or being permitted to host their panel, panelists must have reviewed these Panelist Policies.

Up to three (3) approved panelists per panel may receive complimentary Panelist badges, which are non-transferable and non-refundable. Each individual is eligible to receive only one complimentary badge, regardless of the number of panels they are approved to host. All panelists receiving badges must be listed on the original Panelist Application submission or on an amended list maintained by Anime Dallas staff.

Panelists must arrive at each panel room at least 10 minutes before start time. Panels may be canceled if the presenter:

  • Fails to arrive within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time, or
  • Arrives after 1/4 of the panel duration has passed for panels longer than 1 hour

Other than convention staff and volunteers, only approved panelists are permitted in panel rooms prior to start time.
