ThrillX Games, Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability
By registering for and participating in ThrillX Games, I acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. Voluntary participation and assumption of risk. Participation is voluntary and involves physical activity and inherent risks, including slips, trips, falls, collisions or contact with other participants, exertion, contact with equipment or event surfaces, and exposure to weather. I knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks, known and unknown.
2. Release and waiver. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release, waive, and hold harmless VVS Events and Marketing, LLC, The Rappaport Companies, the property owner and shopping center, event sponsors and partners, and their respective vendors, contractors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims arising from or related to my participation, except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.
3. Minor participants, ages 16 and 17. If the participant is under 18, a parent or legal guardian must register on their behalf, assumes all associated risks, and agrees to this release on the participant's behalf.
4. Medical treatment. I authorize event staff to secure emergency medical treatment if needed, and I understand that neither VVS Events and Marketing, LLC nor its partners are responsible for any resulting medical expenses.
5. Personal property. Organizers are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.
6. Fitness to participate. I confirm that I am physically able to participate and have no condition that would make participation unsafe.
7. Agreement. By checking this box and completing registration, I confirm that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to these terms.
