2026 Community Crow App for private schools, daycare, non-profits, families and neighborhoods

About the application
This application is for private schools, daycares, learning centers, families, neighborhoods, faith-based organizations and 501C3 non-profit organizations only. There is a nominal fee of $25 and there is no limit to the amount of entries per entity.
It’s first-come, first-served, so complete your application ASAP and grab your preferred spot early!
We are rolling out a fun scavenger hunt with puzzles to solve along the way, to make sure everyone visits the whole display. Visitors will even get to vote for their favorite scarecrow with recognition for 'best of' scarecrows to be announced at Boo Bash, as well as featured online, in the local paper, and best of all, they get first pick of next year’s prime patch locations. Bring your creativity, gather your team, and please encourage your friends in the community to apply. The more crows the merrier!
Hay is available at no cost for the construction of the crows, if needed. One bale per entry and will be available for pick up at Old Rucker farm. There will also be hay at your location for mounting and decoration of the crow.
*Please note all scarecrows must be removed by 11/1. Any items left after this date will be picked up and recycled and/or thrown away. *

- Each entry may receive one bale of hay to build their scarecrow (to be picked up at Rucker Farm). Would you like a bale of hay? Your location will already have hay ready for you to place your scarecrow on, this hay is for building your scarecrow if needed. Please note, if your school has 5 or more entires, hay can be delivered to the schools.
- Please confirm understanding that scarecrows need to be removed by 11/1. Anything remaining on 11/3/26 will be picked up & cannot be returned.
