2026 Business Crow Application

This application is for Alpharetta business owners to display their scarecrow in a high foot-traffic location in downtown for up to one month (10/4-11/1). 

• Select your location! It’s first-come, first-served, so complete your application ASAP and grab your preferred spot early!
• We are rolling out a fun scavenger hunt with puzzles to solve along the way, to make sure everyone visits the whole display.
• Visitors will get to vote for their favorite scarecrow with recognition for 'best of' scarecrows to be announced at Boo Bash, as well as featured online, in the local paper. Best of all, winners get first pick of next year’s prime patch locations.

Bring your creativity, gather your team, and help us make this 21st anniversary one to remember!

Businesses participating in this year's Scarecrow Harvest can now increase their brand exposure by adding on a discounted Boo Bash Supporting Sponsor package. Boo Bash is the city's premier fall festival held in Wills Park on Saturday October 17 from 3-7pm with an expected attendance of 3,000+ people. Supporting Sponsors will receive brand placement on A-frame signage and a 10x10 booth space.

Hay is available at no cost for the construction of the crows, if needed. One bale per entry and will be available for pick up at Old Rucker farm. There will also be hay at your location for mounting and decoration of the crow.

*Please note all scarecrows must be removed by 11/1. Any items left after this date will be picked up and recycled and/or thrown away.*

Waiver of Liability for Boo Bash Participation

I understand and acknowledge that participation in this event can be hazardous, and I hereby assume all risk while participating. I, and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, waive and release the City of Alpharetta, its agents, employees, officers, officials and sponsors from all rights and claims for any personal injury, death, or property damage suffered by me, or that I cause to others, as a result of my participation in this event. I, the undersigned, agree, without any right of payment or editing, to allow the City of Alpharetta to use the images of me and/or my children, including reproductions of photos, video, audio or other reproductions, for use in all types of media for public relations purposes to promote Recreation, Parks & Cultural Services programs and activities. I, the undersigned, give permission to the City of Alpharetta to obtain and authorize medical care for participants at any hospital, emergency medical center, or any other health facility; by any medical doctor, osteopath, nurse, surgeon or any other medical practitioner. I also agree to be responsible for the expenses of any medical care required, and I hold the staff authorizing the medical care harmless from any damages suffered by the participant as a result of the medical treatment authorized.
