The International Cherry Blossom Festival is proud to host inclusive, community-focused events for all of Macon-Bibb County and Middle Georgia. As part of our commitment to accessibility, education, and community engagement, the Festival offers complimentary admission opportunities for eligible visiting groups, including:
- Organizations providing specialized services and support to individuals with diverse needs
- Pre-K through 12th grade school-sanctioned groups
How to Apply
- Eligible organizations and schools must complete this application and select a preferred attendance date.
- Complimentary admission is available on designated weekday dates only and is subject to Festival approval and availability.
- Applications must be submitted by February 26, 2027.
Admission Guidelines
- Complimentary admission is provided for approved participants, including students and individuals served by the organization. Complimentary admission for accompanying adults is limited to approved staff, faculty, caregivers, chaperones, or support personnel necessary to support the group.
- Approved complimentary admissions are based on the actual number of participants attending and the information provided in the application. Complimentary admission is not transferable and may not be used for parents, family members, guests, or individuals not included as part of the approved visiting group.
- The Festival reserves the right to verify attendance upon arrival. If actual attendance differs significantly from the approved application, the Festival may adjust complimentary admission eligibility.
School Groups:
- One complimentary chaperone admission will be provided for every five students attending the Festival. This ratio represents the maximum number of complimentary chaperones provided. Additional parents, family members, guests, or chaperones beyond the approved ratio must purchase regular admission.
Organizations Serving Individuals with Disabilities or Other Support Needs:
- Complimentary admission may be provided for necessary staff, caregivers, or support personnel based on the needs of the group and the information provided in the application. The Festival reserves the right to review and approve the number of complimentary support personnel.
- Organizations requesting multiple visit dates must submit a separate application for each date.
Visiting Group Program
- A visiting group is an organized school or nonprofit organization attending the Festival together as part of a planned group experience. Visiting groups participate alongside the general public and are not provided private tours or exclusive access.
- Applications are reviewed individually based on Festival capacity, scheduling availability, operational considerations, and the group's ability to safely participate while following Festival policies. Submission of an application does not guarantee approval. The Festival reserves the right to approve, modify, limit, or decline any request.
Group Responsibilities
- Visiting groups are responsible for providing appropriate supervision, accommodations, support personnel, and resources needed for their participants throughout their visit.
- The Festival does not provide personal care, medical assistance, behavioral support, individual supervision, transportation services, or other specialized support.
- All approved groups must comply with Festival policies, guest conduct expectations, safety requirements, and instructions provided by Festival staff. The Festival reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any group whose actions create a safety, security, or operational concern.
If Approved, a Festival representative will contact the organization with a confirmation packet that includes:
- Confirmed visit date
- Check-in instructions
- Parking information
- On-site supervisor confirmation
- Approved attendance information
- Approved groups may be required to confirm final attendance numbers prior to arrival. Complimentary admission will be based on the final approved participant count and applicable staff, faculty, caregiver, or chaperone guidelines.
Please Note
- The Festival at Carolyn Crayton Park follows a Clear Bag Policy.
- Outside food and beverages are not permitted.

Application Accuracy
The organization certifies that all information provided in this application is accurate and complete, including the number of students, participants, staff, faculty, caregivers, chaperones, and support personnel attending.
Approval & Attendance Requirements
Submission of an application does not guarantee approval. Participation is subject to Festival capacity, scheduling availability, operational considerations, and approval by the International Cherry Blossom Festival. Approved attendance numbers and complimentary admission eligibility are based on the information provided in this application.
Complimentary Admission Guidelines
Complimentary admission is intended for approved students, participants, and necessary support personnel. Complimentary admissions may not be transferred, exchanged, or used by parents, family members, guests, or individuals not included in the approved visiting group. The Festival reserves the right to adjust complimentary admission eligibility if actual attendance differs from the approved application.
Supervision & Participant Support
The organization is responsible for providing appropriate supervision, accommodations, medications, equipment, support personnel, and resources necessary for its participants. The Festival does not provide personal care, medical assistance, behavioral support, individual supervision, transportation assistance, or other specialized services.
Festival Policies & Conduct
All visiting groups and participants must comply with Festival policies, safety requirements, guest conduct expectations, and instructions provided by Festival staff, volunteers, security personnel, or emergency personnel. The Festival reserves the right to refuse entry or require a group to leave Festival grounds if participation creates a safety, security, operational, or guest experience concern.
Changes to Group Information
The organization agrees to notify the Festival of significant changes to attendance numbers, group needs, arrival information, or other details provided in the application prior to the scheduled visit.
Final Acknowledgment
By submitting the application, the organization confirms that it has read, understands, and agrees to these Terms & Conditions and accepts responsibility for ensuring its group follows all Festival requirements.
