Please review these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") before applying. Submitting an application and participating in the Magical Meetups Ambassador Program ("Program") means you accept and agree to these Terms.

1. About the Program
The Program allows approved participants ("Ambassadors") to earn a referral commission on event ticket sales generated through their unique tracking link. Tickets are currently priced at $5 to $15 each.

2. Who Can Apply
Applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Be 18 years of age or older, or apply with the consent of a parent or legal guardian
• Provide a working email address and an eligible payout method
• Maintain an active audience or platform (minimum 2,000 followers)
• Conduct all promotion honestly, legally, and in good faith
  
  Approval is at our sole discretion, and we may decline any application for any reason.

3. Your Referral Link
Approved Ambassadors receive a unique tracking link. Sales are credited only when the link is used exactly as issued — altered links, ad blockers, disabled cookies, or other technical factors outside our control may prevent proper tracking, and we cannot credit sales that fail to track.

• 4. Earnings & Payouts
  Ambassadors earn $1.50 for each ticket purchased through their link
• Payouts are issued weekly via Venmo once your balance reaches $10.00.
• Ambassadors are independent participants, not employees, and are solely responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes on earnings
  5. What's Not Allowed
  To keep the Program fair and our brand trusted, Ambassadors may not:
• Send spam or unsolicited messages containing their link
• Misstate ticket prices, event details, or what Magical Meetups offers
• Run paid ads, use coupon/deal aggregator sites, or bid on branded search terms without written approval from us
• Create accounts, pages, or websites that could be mistaken for official Magical Meetups channels

Breaking these rules may result in immediate removal from the Program and loss of any unpaid earnings.

6. Promotion & Disclosure
You're welcome to share your link on social media, blogs, newsletters, podcasts, and your own website. Wherever you promote, you must clearly disclose that you earn a referral commission (for example: "I earn a small commission when you grab tickets through my link!"). This disclosure is required by FTC guidelines. You may not advertise discounts, pricing, or perks that we have not authorized.

7. Ending Participation
Either of us can end this arrangement at any time with written notice (email counts). If the Program relationship ends:

• Stop sharing your referral link right away
• Verified earnings owed to you as of the end date will be included in the next regular payout

We reserve the right to withhold payment where we reasonably suspect fraud or a violation of these Terms.

8. Liability
Participation is at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the Program, and we make no guarantee that the Program, any event, or ticket availability will continue uninterrupted.

9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time and will notify Ambassadors by email when we do. Continuing to participate after an update takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
