Cat Registration

By submitting an application, you agree to the following terms & conditions: 

• I accept full responsibility for my cat's behavior and any damage, injury, or loss it may cause to people, other cats, property, or event facilities.
  
  
• I agree to indemnify and hold harmless AVAdventure Productions, its employees, affiliates, and representatives from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, or expenses arising from my cat's actions.
  
  
• I confirm that my cat has a suitable temperament for a crowded public event and is not aggressive toward people.
  
  
• I confirm that my cat is currently vaccinated against rabies.
  
  
• I agree to provide proof of my cat's current vaccinations if requested by event staff.
  
  
• I agree that my cat will be supervised and handled by an adult at all times.
  
  
• I agree that my cat will remain secured in a carrier, pet backpack, stroller, or on a harness and leash at all times while at the event.
  
  
• I will not allow my cat to approach other cats and will keep my cat away for the area with adoptable cats. 
  
  
• I agree I am responsible for bringing all supplies my cat will need including water, food, and a litter box. 
  
  
• I understand that if I do not follow these guidelines I will be asked to leave the event and my ticket is nonrefundable. 
  
  
• Only domestic cats are permitted at the event. For the safety of all cats in attendance, no other animal species are allowed, including hybrid cats (wild cat and domestic cat mixes). Any prohibited animals will be denied entry.
