About the application

Join us as a food truck vendor at the Strongman Teams Oktoberfest on October 3, 2026! This exciting event will bring together athletes, spectators, families, and community members for a full day of strongman team competition, Oktoberfest festivities, and entertainment.

We are seeking food trucks that can provide quality food and excellent customer service to our attendees. Vendors will have the opportunity to serve a large crowd throughout the event and gain exposure for their business. We are expecting attendance to exceed 10,000 guests, making this a fantastic opportunity to showcase your food and grow your customer base.

Space is limited, and applications will be reviewed based on menu offerings, event fit, and availability. The venue charges %25 of sales. We will collect this at the end of the festival.

Terms & Conditions

Application Approval – Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. All vendors must receive written approval from event organizers.
Vendor Fee – All vendor fees must be paid in full by the deadline provided upon acceptance. Fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizer.
Licenses & Permits – Vendors are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all required licenses, permits, health certifications, and insurance required by local, state, and federal regulations.
Setup & Operations – Vendors must arrive and complete setup during designated setup hours and remain open for business during event operating hours unless otherwise approved by the organizer.
Space Assignment – Vendor locations will be assigned by the event organizer. Vendors may not transfer, sublease, or share their assigned space without written approval.
Food Safety – Vendors must comply with all applicable food handling, sanitation, and health department regulations. Vendors are solely responsible for the safety and quality of their products.
Utilities – Vendors are responsible for providing their own equipment, generators, extension cords, water supply, and any other operational necessities unless otherwise specified by the organizer.
Cleanup – Vendors must keep their area clean throughout the event and remove all trash, grease, and equipment at the conclusion of the event. Failure to do so may result in additional cleanup fees.
Liability – Vendors assume all responsibility for their operations, employees, products, and equipment. The event organizer, sponsors, venue, and affiliates shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, theft, or claims arising from vendor participation.
Event Cancellation – The event will be held rain or shine. In the event of cancellation due to circumstances beyond the organizer's control, refunds will be at the sole discretion of the event organizer.
