Game & Geek Expo 2026, presented by Hidden Block Games, is looking for passionate fans to join our official Street Team and help us spread the word about one of the fastest-growing gaming conventions in the Southeast!

This is not a day of volunteer role — this is about being an ambassador for GGE in your community in the weeks leading up to the show. If you love gaming, geek culture, and want to help us build something special in Raleigh, we want you on the team.

? Drop GGE flyers and promotional materials at local businesses, game stores, comic shops, and anywhere geeks hang out
? Reach out to schools, colleges, and universities with gaming clubs or esports programs
?️ Connect with local gaming and geek organizations, tabletop groups, anime clubs, and cosplay communities
? Share GGE content on your social media and in your online communities — Discord servers, Facebook groups, Reddit, TikTok, and beyond
? Rep GGE at local events and meetups in the weeks before the show
? Help us put up posters and promotional materials in your area

GGE Street Team — Terms & Conditions
Game & Geek Expo 2026

 
Eligibility
Street Team membership is open to individuals 18 and older. Those under 18 must have written parental consent. All applicants must be approved by GGE before receiving materials or benefits.

Commitment
Street Team members agree to actively promote Game & Geek Expo in their local community and online channels in the weeks leading up to the event. Accepted members who do not fulfill their promotional obligations may have their benefits revoked.

Promotional Materials
GGE will provide approved flyers, graphics, promo codes, and talking points. Street Team members agree to only use GGE-approved materials and messaging and may not create their own official-looking GGE content without prior written approval.

Flyer & Material Placement Policy
Street Team members agree to distribute promotional materials responsibly and in a manner that reflects positively on GGE. The following are strictly prohibited — posting flyers or materials on utility poles, stop signs, traffic signs, or any public infrastructure, placing materials on vehicles without the owner's consent, distributing in private parking lots, restricted areas, or any location where solicitation is prohibited, and leaving materials in a manner that could be considered littering or vandalism. Street Team members should always seek permission from a business or property owner before placing any GGE materials on their premises. Failure to follow these guidelines may result in immediate removal from the program and forfeiture of all benefits.

Promo Code & Referral Commission
Each Street Team member will receive a unique promo code. Commission is earned on tickets sold using your code and will be paid out after the event. Details on commission rates will be provided upon acceptance. Codes may not be shared publicly in a way that misrepresents their purpose or violates GGE ticket pricing policies.

Code of Conduct
Street Team members represent GGE in their communities and are expected to conduct themselves professionally and positively at all times. Any conduct deemed harmful, misleading, or damaging to GGE's reputation may result in immediate removal from the program and forfeiture of all benefits.

Benefits
VIP Weekend Badge, Crew Lounge access, and crew shirt will be distributed at the event. Benefits are non-transferable and contingent on fulfilling Street Team obligations.

General
GGE reserves the right to modify or terminate the Street Team program at any time. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
