Brewery Participation Application

Be part of the excitement at the First Annual Bites & Vines: Taste of Downtown—an evening that attracts guests eager to sip, stroll, and celebrate Livermore’s vibrant wine scene in the heart of downtown. This inaugural event guests will stroll through downtown enjoying tastings from 18+ local wineries and breweries hosted inside participating retail and service businesses, while also visiting participating restaurants offering a variety of delicious bites throughout the event.

We’re inviting local breweries to participate and showcase your beer to an engaged audience of locals and visitors. This is a great opportunity to increase brand visibility, pour for new customers, and connect directly with beer lovers in a fun, community-centered setting. Each tasting stop will offer guests something memorable, and your brewery can be one of the featured highlights of the stroll.

To add to the excitement, participants and judges will vote for their top experiences of the evening. Trophies will be awarded in both People’s Choice and Judges’ Choice categories for Best Bite, Best Wine/Beer Experience, and Best Shopping Experience. Bring your creativity, showcase your best offerings, and get ready to impress!

Brewery Details for Beer Tasting:

Livermore Downtown Inc. will be securing an ABC license for the participating businesses for the event. 

LDI to Provide: 

• ABC License to be displayed at the pouring station.
• Sell tickets - participants to recieve tasting glass, wristband and tasting pass.
• 2oz Beer Pour sheet to be displayed at the pouring location.
• No alcohol beyond this point sign.
• Paring with participating Livermore Downtown business.

Brewery to Provide:

• One beer type for 2oz pours to between 400-600 participants. This will be 50-75 16oz cans or equivalant. Amount dependent on ticket sales and will be notified in advance of hpw many attendees.
• To be reimbursed by business at $140/keg
• Optional: pourer for event September 17th from 4pm - 9pm. If bringing kegs MUST provide pourer and keg materials. If choose not to have pourer (cans only), business will provide staff or volunteer.

Business to Provide:

• 4 bags of Ice 
• Cost of beer ($140/keg)
• A table or counter to pour from. 
• Dump bucket to pour any unwanted beer/wine in.
• Staff/volunteer to pour wine during the event (unless brewery prefers to pour). 

LDI will send rules and details in separate email confirmation.

What do you need to do to participate? 

Complete the participation agreement on Eventeny by July 10th.
