Join the Glass Art Guild of Utah and Millcreek Arts Council for a creative, hands-on experience as you design and assemble your very own fused glass sun catcher. Using colorful glass and your own imagination, you'll create a one-of-a-kind piece that will be kiln-fired to bring your design to life.
All tools, materials, and instruction are provided-just bring your creativity! Guided by skilled artists, you'll learn essential fused glass techniques, gain hands-on experience, and pick up helpful tips and tricks along the way. We recommend that you wear closed-toe shoes.
Your finished sun catcher will be ready for pickup the following Saturday.
Saturday, September 19.
Duration 2 hours. 10 AM-12 PM (kids ages 7-16)
Important details:
Each participant must CREATE THEIR OWN EVENTENY ACCOUNT AND complete their own registration form with their own unique email address. This requirement is due to the EVENTENY platform.
Parents can use their own email address for children and just one child per email address.
This class is free. If you are accepted and do not attend without canceling, you may be restricted from future classes.
Ages 7-16. Adults will be asked to leave to allow children to best express their creativity.. They are welcome to hang out around the outdoor common area or in the restaurant area.
Each participant must complete their own registration form.
If you are unable to attend after registering, please return to Eventeny to delete your registration so another participant may join.
Accepted participants will be notified by email. Please add Eventeny to your contact list to ensure you receive our notification. You must reply within 48 hours to ensure your acceptance to the class
