Thank you for your interest in bringing gaming to our event! Please complete the application below. Submission does not guarantee acceptance. Event staff will review all applications and respond as space becomes available.

Please note:

- Activities will be reviewed based on space availability, safety, and attendee engagement.
- Approved hosts are responsible for supplying necessary staff, materials, and setup unless otherwise arranged with the event team.
- Approved activities must follow all venue and event policies regarding safety, conduct, and accessibility.
- Applications will be reviewed by our programming and logistics team. You will receive an email once your submission has been reviewed.
Applications will be accepted up until 2 weeks before the show.
Activation staff and personel are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manor and to follow all convention policies outlined on our convention website.
