Thank you for your interest in bringing your Maid Café group to Kameha Con! This is a Dragon Ball themed convention, and we would love if the maid café could follow theme.
We are seeking established Maid Café groups to host immersive, guest-facing café experiences as part of our programming. Selected groups will operate independently within the convention, providing themed hospitality, entertainment, and interactive service in a family-friendly environment.
Groups are responsible for their own staffing, presentation, and operations while coordinating with convention staff for scheduling and space requirements.
Individuals or groups interested in performing may also consider applying through our Panelist & Programming applications.

Terms & Conditions
By submitting this application, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- All Maid Café group applications are subject to review and approval by Kameha Con programming staff. Submission does not guarantee acceptance.
- Approved groups operate as independent participants and are responsible for their own staffing, scheduling coverage, costumes, props, and performance execution.
- All programming must remain appropriate for a general, family-friendly convention environment. Kameha Con reserves the right to require modification or removal of content deemed unsuitable.
- Groups must comply with all venue rules, con policies, and applicable local laws at all times.
Space assignments, schedules, and performance windows are determined by convention staff and may be adjusted as needed for operational requirements. - Kameha Con is not responsible for equipment, supplies, or personal belongings brought by participating groups.
If food and/or beverage sales are permitted as part of the Maid Café experience, revenue may be subject to a profit-sharing arrangement with Kameha Con, the terms of which will be provided and agreed upon separately prior to the event. - Failure to comply with con policies or staff direction may result in removal from programming without refund or compensation.
