LIABILITY WAIVER & RELEASE
By TURNING IN this application & participating in the Fiesta En La Playa Tamale Eating Contest, I understand that this activity may involve risks, including, but not limited to, choking, illness, allergic reactions, injury, or other unforeseen incidents.

I voluntarily choose to participate and assume all risks associated with this event.

I hereby release and hold harmless ACM Texas, Rockport Market Days, Fiesta En La Playa, event organizers, staff, volunteers, sponsors, vendors, venue owners, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, damages, injuries, losses, or causes of action arising from or related to my participation in this contest.

I certify that I am participating willingly and am physically capable of participating in this activity.

I also grant permission for photographs and videos taken during the event to be used for promotional and marketing purposes.
