RULES & LIABILITY
Dog must remain leashed except during race
Owner is responsible for their dog at all times
Aggressive dogs may be removed from event
Dogs must be current on vaccinations
Fiesta en la Playa and Rockport Market Days are not liable for injuries, lost items, or incidents
I give permission for photos/videos of my dog to be used in marketing
