2026 Gamemaster Application
Use this form to submit your Tucson Comic-Con 2026 gaming event for consideration. We intend to host gaming events throughout the convention, with seating becoming available as the convention opens, and start times that will allow folks to find their place. Events are free to start early if you're ready!
NOTES:
1. Submission of an application does not guarantee placement. We will contact you if your gaming event is selected and approved.
2. Paid gaming events are okay, subject to approval by TCC gaming staff via this application.
Terms & Conditions
1. Gamemasters are expected to provide their own materials. Limited support will be available (dice, etc.), but please note that it is not a guarantee.
2. Gamemasters are expected to be gracious hosts and ambassadors to the Tucson Gaming communities. If your event is approved, you will be provided an appropriate wristband or badge to further enjoy our convention as a thanks for hosting your gaming event and growing your communities!
3. We encourage you to self-promote your group, store, or company.
