Tickets & Entry Selected performers will receive a free VIP Weekender badge via a discount code to be used on the GGE website. This badge covers full weekend access to the event. A separate discount code will be provided for friends and family attending to support performers.
Terms & Conditions
Here's a clean terms and conditions for K-Pop Showcase performers:

Eligibility The K-Pop Showcase is open to solo performers, groups, and dance crews of all experience levels. All performers must be registered through GGE's Eventeny platform using the discount code provided upon acceptance. Performers under 18 must have a parent or guardian present at the event.
Application & Selection Submitting an application does not guarantee a spot in the showcase. All applications are reviewed by Triad K-Pop and selections are made at their discretion in coordination with GGE. Selected performers will be notified via the contact information provided in their application.
Performance Requirements All performers must provide their music, audio files, and any accompanying video content to GGE's AV team by the deadline communicated upon acceptance. Failure to submit materials on time may result in removal from the showcase. All content must be appropriate for a general audience and family friendly convention environment.
Arrival & Rehearsal All performers must arrive at the designated backstage area no less than 45 minutes prior to the start of the showcase. Late arrivals may forfeit their performance slot. A brief rehearsal or sound check window will be scheduled in advance — details will be communicated closer to the show date.

Code of Conduct All performers agree to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner at all times during the event. Any behavior deemed inappropriate or disruptive to the show or other attendees may result in immediate removal from the showcase and the event without refund or compensation.
Cancellation If a performer or group needs to cancel their participation they must notify Triad K-Pop and GGE as soon as possible. Last minute cancellations or no-shows without prior notice may result in ineligibility for future GGE showcase opportunities.
Media & Promotional Rights By participating in the K-Pop Showcase, performers grant GGE and Triad K-Pop the right to photograph, record, and use footage and images from their performance for promotional purposes across social media, websites, and marketing materials. Performers are also encouraged to share and promote their own participation.
Disclaimer GGE and Triad K-Pop are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the event. Participation is at the performer's own risk.

- Performer Agreement: I understand submission does not guarantee selection. I agreed to follow event rules and staff direction. I understand performances must remain family friendly and appropriate for all ages. I understand my performance must contain no hate speech, explicit gestures, or unsafe conduct. I understand the organizers reserve the right to stop a performance if safety concerns arrive. I agree I must check in at least 30 to 45 minutes before the showcase starts. I understand if I arrive late and miss my time slot, it will forfeit my performance slot. I understand music files must be performance ready. The event team will not edit, cut, or combine tracks after submission. I understand that this is a showcase and not a competition, there will be no awards or judging, just simply a space to share your talents and passions with an engaging audience.
