2026 OC Pride Festival & Parade — Parade Contingent Application
This is the application to participate as a parade unit at the 2026 OC Pride Festival & Parade to be held on Saturday, October 10, 2026 in Downtown Santa Ana.
Early Bird pricing reflects a discount of 25% off the base parade fee and ends on May 31, 2026. Applications received on or after August 7, 2026 will incur a $100 late fee. Please note that parade registration will close on September 4, 2026, or when all spots are filled. That said, we strongly recommend registering early, as parade spaces fill up fast.
Festival y Desfile de OC Pride 2026 — Solicitud para Contingentes del Desfile
Esta es la solicitud para participar como unidad en el desfile del Festival y Desfile de OC Pride 2026, que se llevará a cabo el sábado 10 de octubre de 2026 en el centro de Santa Ana.
El precio anticipado refleja un descuento del 25% sobre la tarifa base del desfile y finaliza el 31 de mayo de 2026. Las solicitudes recibidas a partir del 7 de agosto de 2026 incurrirán en un cargo adicional de $100 por registro tardío. 2026 OC Pride Festival & Parade — Parade Contingent Application Terms and Conditions
OC Pride must comply with sponsor exclusivity agreements, as well as applicable state, county, and local regulations governing parade participation in the City of Santa Ana. OC Pride reserves the right to deny applications based on these and any other grounds deemed reasonable and necessary by OC Pride in its sole discretion. If your application is denied, any payment made to OC Pride will be refunded promptly.

ONCE THE APPLICATION IS ACCEPTED, THE PARADE PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT BECOMES EFFECTIVE. AT THAT TIME, ALL FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE UNLESS OC PRIDE CANCELS THE EVENT.
By submitting this application, I agree to thoroughly read the OC Pride Parade Participation Agreement located in the Related Files section. I understand that my organization and its staff, employees, and volunteers are bound by the terms of the Parade Participation Agreement.
Festival y Desfile de OC Pride 2026 — Términos y Condiciones de la Solicitud Anticipada para Contingentes del Desfile
OC Pride debe cumplir con los acuerdos de exclusividad de patrocinadores, así como con las regulaciones estatales, del condado y locales aplicables que rigen la participación en el desfile en la Ciudad de Santa Ana. OC Pride se reserva el derecho de rechazar solicitudes basándose en estos y cualquier otro motivo considerado razonable y necesario por OC Pride a su entera discreción. Si su solicitud es rechazada, cualquier pago realizado a OC Pride será reembolsado de manera oportuna.
