Talent Showcase Competition
Performers will compete live on stage in the following categories:
• Best Solo Performance
• Best Group Performance
• Best Youth Performance
Participants will perform in front of judges and the community while competing for awards and recognition.
Terms & Conditions
Mogul Xtreme Talent Showcase Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility
- The Talent Showcase is open to individuals or groups in the following categories: Best Solo Performance, Best Youth Performance and Best Group Performance.
- Performers under 18 years of age must have parental or guardian consent.
- All performers must register by submitting a completed application form via the provided QR code or official event website.
2. Registration
- Performers must RSVP by the designated deadline to secure a spot.
3. Performance Guidelines
- Performances must be family-friendly and appropriate for all audiences.
- Each act must fit within the 30 minute allotted time limit as specified by the event organizers (time limits will be communicated upon registration).
- Performers are responsible for their own instruments and equipment, except for standard audio provisions provided by the event.
- Use of pre-recorded backing tracks is allowed only if indicated during registration.
4. Conduct
- Performers must conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner during the event.
- Harassment, discrimination, or any illegal activities will result in immediate disqualification and removal from the event.
- The event organizers reserve the right to disqualify any performer or group whose content or behavior is deemed inappropriate or offensive.
5. Judging and Prizes
- Performances will be judged based on creativity, stage presence, audience engagement, and overall talent by a panel of judges.
- Winners will be announced at the conclusion of the Talent Showcase.
- Prizes are non-transferable and must be accepted as awarded.
6. Photography and Media
- By participating, performers consent to being photographed, recorded, and featured in promotional materials by the event organizers.
- Performers retain ownership of their original material but grant the event the right to use performance footage for marketing and publicity.
7. Liability
- Performers participate at their own risk.
- The event organizers, venue, and sponsors are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage occurring during the event.
8. Cancellation and Changes
- The event organizers reserve the right to modify the schedule, categories, or cancel the Talent Showcase due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Registered performers will be notified of any changes as soon as possible.

Prices
| YOUTH PERFORMANCES | $35.00 | This is a one time registration fee of $35 per youth performing of two individuals or one. Youth are considered 18yrs and younger in High School. |
| YOUTH GROUP PERFORMERS | $30.00 | This is for Youth 18yrs (in High School) and under and has three or more performers. |
| SOLO PERFORMANCE ADULTS | $45.00 | This is any adult 18yrs (out of High School) and over performing solo. NO EXCEPTIONS |
| ADULT GROUP PERFORMANCES | $40.00 | This registration fee is for adults 18yrs (out of High School) and older with two or more performers. |
