We invite local guilds, demonstration groups, reenactment groups and interactive performers to join Spokane's most enchanting annual event, the Spokane Renaissance Faire. This family-friendly celebration marks Their Royal Majesty's tournament and festival, featuring live performances, interactive art activities, and a dash of fantastical magic.

Submitting an application does not guarantee a spot. All applications will be considered based on type of group as well as size and space requested. We will review all submissions and contact you with any further questions, clarifications, or selections.

- Please attach a roster containing the legal first and last names, as well as character names (if any) for all members of your guild who will be performing and/or participating with us.

- Please provide a photo of your groups booth as it will appear at SRF. If you do not use a booth please provide a photo of you doing your act If you have not performed with us before, please provide a photo of what your yard usually looks like. Do not use a link to a website, we would like to see what your space looks like at events.
- What is your performance space composed of? Please list types, sizes, and materials of all tents, a list of all structures or spaces that will be visible to patrons, as well as a description of any "back of house" set up you have. Please provide a footprint drawing if available with sizes of all structures.

- As a performer at the Spokane Renaissance Faire you are expected to behave professionally, be in character whenever in front of patrons, and be respectful and kind to fellow participants and patrons at all times. Do you understand and agree?
- All performers including interactive performers must be in appropriately themed, family friendly costumes during faire hours. Do you understand and agree?
- All interactive performers are expected to supply their own equipment and costuming necessary for their performance. Do you understand and agree?
