The Banning Lewis Ranch July 4 celebration is not to be missed! Join us and 10,000 plus revelers to celebrate the holiday in style with live music, fireworks and fun! This year we're adding a second band to the lineup to extend the fun.

Other Requirements: You are required to have on file with the vendor coordinator before June 1, 2026:
● Current Operating License/Sales Tax License;
● Current Liability Insurance Policy of $1 million naming Banning Lewis Ranch as an additional insured.
● El Paso County Public Health Food Service Certificate

- By signing below, the "Vendor" agrees to release Banning Lewis Ranch and its affiliates from all claims related to participation, including property damage, injury, or theft, and indemnifies Banning Lewis Ranch against any claims, including legal costs. The Vendor will follow all rules and deadlines in this application, maintain necessary licenses, permits, and insurance, and acknowledges a space allocation of 10'x10'. Compliance with health regulations is required, and the Vendor assumes full responsibility for equipment, staff, and operations, and will not sell alcohol or violate any laws. The Vendor will keep the space clean, and dispose of waste properly. Professionalism will be maintained and cooperation with event staff ensured. The application fee is non-refundable, and organizers reserve the right to terminate participation for any violations. Violations may lead to termination and forfeiture of fees.
