Important Note: No food of any kind (including prepackaged snacks or candy) may be used during a panel for any reason. This includes as prizes or gifts.

DISCLAIMER: Panelists for Anime Milwaukee will not receive monetary reimbursement for panels. Instead, after the completion of your panel, you and up to three panelist co-hosts will be eligible for free rollover badge memberships for the next convention year. All panelist information will be kept on file, and will be emailed once registration opens with a unique code to receive your free badge memberships. Please make sure all information given to the Panels Management team is current and correct to prevent issues with obtaining codes.
There will be no rollover badge memberships provided if you fail to show up to the panel at the time given to you and if you do not check in with the the panels management team at con.

- As a panelist at Anime Milwaukee, I agree to prioritize the safety and well-being of all attendees, staff, and the venue. I agree that I will not engage in any reckless, dangerous, or destructive behavior that could endanger myself, others, or venue property during my panel.
- By signing my name I understand that I will not receive any monetary reimbursement for my panel(s) and instead will receive badges for each panelist (up to four badges) for next year's convention.
- I understand that if I do not check into the panels office before my panel and show up to my panel on time, I will forfeit any rollover badges membership for the following year.
