We are excited to open sign-ups for the K-Bloom Fan Fest Talent Showcase! This showcase celebrates creativity across fandom and pop culture communities.
We welcome:
• Solo or group K-pop dance covers
• Vocal performances
• Idol-style performances
• Original music
• Instrumental performances
• Martial arts demonstrations
• Cultural performances
• Specialty talents and creative showcases
NOTE: This is not a competition, and there will be no judging or awards, this is simply a space to showcase and share your passions and talents with an engaging audience.
All ages are welcome. Performances must be family-friendly and appropriate for a general audience.
?️ If your performance requires music, the music submission deadline is Friday, May 2.
File Submission:

✅ Final edited version (no trimming needed)

Spots are limited and curated to ensure a balanced and engaging lineup. Submission does not guarantee acceptance.
Selected performers will receive:
• A scheduled performance slot
• Stage access with basic sound support
• Social media promotion prior to the event

Terms & Conditions
Participation Agreement
By submitting an application to participate in the K-Bloom Fan Fest Talent Showcase, applicants acknowledge and agree to the following terms.
The showcase is organized by TriadKpop and will take place at the Greensboro Shrine Club on May 16.
Participation in this showcase is completely voluntary.
Showcase Format
The K-Bloom Fan Fest Talent Showcase is a community entertainment program and not a competition.
There are no prizes, rankings, or monetary rewards associated with participation. The purpose of the showcase is to celebrate creativity, talent, and fandom within the community.
Application & Selection
Submission of an application does not guarantee selection.
Due to limited time slots, organizers will select performers based on factors such as:
- variety of performances
- preparation and completeness of application
- performance type
- available showcase space and schedule
Application & Music Deadlines
• Showcase application deadline: April 24th
• Music submission deadline: May 2nd
Accepted performers must submit their final performance-ready music file (MP3 or WAV) by the deadline.
Music files must be fully edited and ready for playback. Event staff will not edit or modify tracks.
Failure to submit music by the deadline may result in removal from the showcase lineup.
Performance Time Limit
Each performance must be no longer than 3–4 minutes unless otherwise approved by event organizers.
To ensure fairness and maintain the event schedule, performances exceeding the time limit may be stopped by event staff.
Check-In Requirements
Performers must check in with event staff at least 30–45 minutes before the showcase begins.
Late arrivals may result in forfeiture of the performance slot.
Performance Guidelines
All performances must remain family-friendly and appropriate for an all-ages audience.
The following are prohibited:
• Explicit or offensive content
• Dangerous or hazardous activities
• Fire, liquids, confetti, glitter, or similar materials
• Unsafe stunts or actions that may endanger performers or attendees
Organizers reserve the right to stop or remove any performance deemed unsafe or inappropriate.
Props & Equipment
Performers are responsible for bringing, setting up, and removing any props used during their performance.
Props must be safe, non-hazardous, and easily removable within the allotted transition time.
Liability Waiver
By participating in the showcase, performers acknowledge that participation is voluntary and agree to release and hold harmless:
• TriadKpop
• Greensboro Shrine Club
• Event organizers
• Event collaborators
• Volunteers
• Venue staff
from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, injuries, or losses that may occur during participation in the event.
Participants assume full responsibility for their own safety and personal property.
Media Release
By participating in the showcase, performers grant TriadKpop and event organizers permission to photograph, record, and share photos or video of performances for promotional and marketing purposes.
Event Modifications
Event organizers reserve the right to:
- adjust the performance schedule
- modify showcase structure
- cancel or reschedule performances if necessary for safety or operational reasons

- Performance time-slots will be released closer to the event and finalized schedule. The regular event will run from 12 PM to 7 PM. Do you have any time conflict or preferred performance window? If none put N/A (we will try to accommodate best as possible.)
- Have you performed at an event before if so, which one(s)? if several give a couple examples.
- Include an example(s) of a previous performance, cover, etc. for reference (if applicable)
- Give a short performer bio to be used during performance introduction. (2-3 sentences)
- Thank you for supporting our first inaugural event! Let us know why you would like to perform at K-bloom fan fest? (this answer will not determine your acceptance. It’s for our personal information only.)
- By signing: I understand submission does not guarantee selection. I agreed to follow event rules and staff direction. I understand performances must remain family friendly and appropriate for all ages. I understand my performance must contain no hate speech, explicit gestures, or unsafe conduct. I understand the organizers reserve the right to stop a performance if safety concerns arrive. I agree I must check in at least 30 to 45 minutes before the showcase starts. I understand if I arrive late and miss my time slot, it will forfeit my performance slot. I understand music files must be performance ready. The event time and DJ will not edit, cut, or combine tracks after submission. I understand that this is a showcase and not a competition, there will be no awards or judging, just simply a space to share your talents and passions with an engaging audience.
