By submitting this application and participating in AltBev Expo, you acknowledge and agree that all panel topics, titles, formats, times, locations, moderators, and participants are subject to review and modification at the sole discretion of AltBev Expo.

Speaker participation is voluntary and unpaid. Complimentary event access is provided in consideration for participation. No additional compensation or royalties will be provided in connection with participation or use of recorded materials.

Sessions may be recorded, photographed, livestreamed, broadcast, and otherwise captured. By participating, you grant AltBev Expo a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, edit, publish, livestream, and otherwise utilize your name, likeness, image, voice, biographical information, and presentation content, in any media format, for promotional, marketing, commercial, educational, or archival purposes.

You consent to the public announcement and promotion of your participation, including use of your name, title, company affiliation, and headshot.

Participation constitutes acceptance of these terms.
