Denim & Diamonds – A Western Night Out in Downtown Livermore Denim. Diamonds. Downtown. Grab your hats and your friends for Livermore Downtown's newest event! Wednesday, June 3, 2026 | 5:00–9:00 PM Saddle up, Livermore! It’s time to celebrate our western roots and get excited for Rodeo Week in true hometown style with Denim & Diamonds — a high-spirited evening of shopping, sipping, and dining in historic downtown. If you’ve joined us for Witches Night Out in the past, you already know the format — same fun evening of strolling, shopping, and specials — just with a brand-new western twist! So dust off your boots, break out the denim, add a little sparkle, and grab your crew for a rootin’ tootin’ night out. Shop Local. Sparkle Big. Downtown businesses will be rolling out exclusive Denim & Diamonds specials, promotions, and in-store experiences all evening long. From western-chic fashion and handcrafted goods to delicious bites and signature cocktails, there’s something for every cowgirl and cowboy. Restaurant Experience - Tickets Coming Soon! How it works... We'll be offering the same dining format as Witches Night Out! You’ll choose your preferred restaurant and book through our ticket site. You’ll be reserving a table for 2, 4, 6, 8 or limited amount of 10 at one of the two seatings available. The two seatings are as follows: First Seating -   5:30-7:00 PM (this seating must be wrapped up by 7:00pm) Second Seating -   7:30-9:00 PM. Each ticket is a $10 per person donation to non-profit 503c3 Livermore Downtown Inc., helping support the fundraising side of the evening. Reservations through the ticket site are strongly encouraged, but not required. Participants are welcome to come downtown to enjoy shopping specials and dine at non-participating restaurants without a ticket. Please note that seating may be limited, and themed specials not guaranteed at non participating (ticketed) locations. Y’all, get ready to sparkle and shine! (Think Witches Night Out but Western themed!)


Denim & Diamonds is ridin’ into town, bringing a dazzling Western-themed evening of shopping and dining! Our Downtown retailers can join the fun by organizing an attraction within their shop and offering shopping incentives to all of the consumers in Downtown— think a glittering display, a country-chic photo spot, or a special promo — and offering shopping incentives to all the cowboys, cowgirls, and party-goers wandering through Downtown.

 

Let us know your plans so we can help spread the word! We’ll feature your shop on the event website, showcase it on social media, and include it in our curated QR code for attendees to explore all the sparkling stops around town.

 

It’s your chance to shine, show off your Livermore Western flair, and make this a night Downtown folks won’t forget!

Terms & Conditions

Business participation is FREE for current 2026 Livermore Downtown Inc. partners. Non-partners will be charged a $30 participation fee.

  • Retail Participation Rules: 1) This event is designed to showcase our downtown merchants. No outside vendor product is to be sold on sidewalks! 2) NO catered treats or beverages, non-alcoholic or alcoholic, are to be served indoors or outdoors. 3) You MUST be able to stay open until 9 PM.
