About the application
KC Pride is accepting applications from artists who are interested in performing at Kansas City's 2026 PrideFest June 5-7, 2026. Performers of all genres are encouraged to participate.
Terms & Conditions
1. I understand that this application does not constitute an agreement of services, but is an application for consideration to participate as a performer at the 2026 KC PrideFest.
2. I agree to appear in the time/place that is designated to me by KC Pride.
3. By submitting this application, I am acknowledging that all of the information within is correct.
4. I understand that images and bios can be used in advertisement, online promotions, print and press materials.
5. I udnerstand that I will be considered a 1099 contractors of KC Pride and responsible for reporting all taxable income. I will provide to KC Pride a completed IRS form W-9 if requested to do so.

- KC Pride provides ASL interpreters during stage performances. Do you agree to provide your music tracks at least 2 weeks in advance of your performance?
- KC Pride offers a standard performance fee to artists. This fee is negotiable and may also be donated to KC Pride. Please provide your minimum fee .
