We are excited to open applications to performing artists and invite you apply to share your talents at the Carver County Pride Festival.
The following application is for Entertainment during Carver County Pride Festival, September 12, 2026 at the Carver County Fairgrounds.
The Entertainment application will open on March 15, 2026 and remain open until April 30, 2026. If needed, the application will re-open after the first round of applications have been reviewed.

About Carver County Pride
Carver County Pride is a family-friendly, 501c3 non-profit organization which will focus on providing awareness of the Carver County LGBTQIA2S+ Community, and connecting all community members with resources that will enrich their lives, and connect them to the amazing people they share this wonderful county with.
We welcome entertainers and organizations who affirm and support our mission. Carver County Pride wishes to create an environment that celebrates the gathering of a community, while remembering our history and all who have gathered before us.
At Carver County Pride, our mission is to cultivate an inclusive, safe, and sustainable community for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer/questioning, intersex, asexual, Two Spirit, plus (LGBTQIA2S+) and Carver County Community Members.
We seek involvement from folks who affirm and support our mission and the history of and purpose in holding a pride festival:
- Carver County Pride seeks to bring the community of Carver County together in celebration.
- Carver County Pride seeks to empower every LGBTQ+ person to live as their true self and to create a future where all LGBTQIA2S+ people are valued and celebrated for who they are.
- The Pride celebration commemorates and continues the fight against discrimination and the struggle for equality, for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer persons and their families.
NOTE: If you or your group has actively worked against or physically harmed ANY members of the LGBTQ+ community then Pride is not the space for you.
We welcome performers who affirm and support our mission. Carver County Pride wishes to create an environment that celebrates the gathering of a community, while remembering our history and all who have gathered before us.
While we would like to encourage and support all performing groups to create a more inclusive and diverse space, merely having members of the LGBTQ+ community members does not qualify as being supportive or an ally. Carver County Pride recognizes that it is our actions that show the world our values and will keep this in mind when considering what performers will be approved for the upcoming festival and other events throughout the year.
Performers will be asked to provide lyrics whenever possible for our ASL interpreters. If chosen to perform, all required documentation will be verified prior to payment. Documentation includes, W9, signed contract.
NOTE: failure to submit all required documentation could result in the forfeiture of your slotted performance time.

Terms of Agreement
I understand:
1) If selected to perform, I must provide an Artist photo, bio, W9, and signed contract.
2) Your submission of this application is not a guarantee to be selected for the Festival. Our team will be in touch to inform you of your acceptance or denial.
3) Carver County Pride reserves the right to refuse or deny any application of any organization that is inconsistent with our values. We are an inclusive organization committed to furthering the rights of all humans, and we are not willing to deviate from that mission.
