2026 Cuke Patch 5K Individual Entry Form

This form is for individual registrations only. Details for group registration are provided below.

Check-in opens at 7:30 pm. Run starts at 8:00 pm. Check-in will take place at the University of Mount Olive's George and Annie Dail Kornegay Arena, located on Henderson St, Mt Olive, NC 28365. For the safety and enjoyment of participant's, the 2026 Cuke Patch 5K will take place entirely on the campus of the University of Mount Olive. 

Bring your family and friends to walk or run the route and take advantage of group discounts. Costumes are encouraged! Make it pickle-themed, or celebrate your favorite decade. Glow sticks and/or glow necklaces and bracelets will be available for all participants, otherwise dress to impress: prizes will be awarded for best costumes. This is not a timed event.

While in Mount Olive for the Cuke Patch 5K, enjoy a live outdoor concert featuring Spare Change at nearby R&R Brewing and pay one price carnival rides downtown. For details visit www.ncpicklefest.org. 

FEES. $25 - Pre-registered individual, before April 1 $30 - Individual registration after April 1. No charge for children in strollers or wagons. $20/person - Pre-registered groups, before April 1 $25/per person - Group registration after April 1.

GROUP ENTRIES. Group entries must be submitted and paid for all together, and payment cannot be accomodated online.  For group entries: download the Registration and Team List Form (one per Team), and have each team member complete the 2026 Individual Entry Form. Mail completed forms and check as directed. Or, email the completed forms to moachamber1930@gmail.com and call the Mount Olive Chamber at 919-658-3113 to pay by credit card over the phone. You can also drop off completed forms and pay in person at the Mount Olive Area Chamber of Commerce office during regular business hours. Note that waivers can be downloaded below and turned in at check-in, or they can be completed on-site and submitted at check-in April 24.

NO REFUNDS FOR RACE FEES. A portion of race proceeds will benefit the Mount Olive Parks & Recreation Department. 

Pre-registrations must be received by April 1 to guarantee a shirt on run night.  For registrations received after April 1 shirts may be mailed afterward.

AGE REQUIREMENTS. If runner is under 18 years of age, a parent or guardian must complete the application and sign. Runners under the age of 12 must be accompanied at all times by a parent or guardian.
