Calling all Wellness Providers!
We are taking applications from wellness providers who want to offer their services to the LGBTQ+ community in the 3rd Annual Wellness Tent at KC Pride.
This year's tent will look a little different, we are focusing on building a immersive expierence! Think activities related to your services- providing the attendees with educational, enjoyable, memorable expierence. The time slots are extended this year to offer each wellness provider more impact with less work moving in and out.
We're seeking providers in all areas of wellness: physical, intellectual, social, spiritual, occupational, financial, and environmental. Unsure if your services are a good fit? Please reach out to discuss! We want to talk to you!
Please fill out the application to apply for a spot in the Wellness Tent. Each Wellness Tent provider will receive complimentary access for up to two table attendees, air conditioning, power, and tables and chairs. All approved applicants will be notified of their assigned time slots by May 21.
Terms & Conditions
I agree to these terms and conditions to be considered for providing services for the 2026 KC PrideFest in the Wellness Tent:
- I agree to abide by all KCMO and Missouri rules and regulations as pertains to my area of service.
- If applicable, I hold the current Missouri license(s) required to provide services in the Wellness Tent and will bring it to display.
- I agree to provide services to every area of the LGBTQ+ community and/or our allies without judgment or prejudice.
- I will help promote KC Pride and the Wellness Tent by announcing my attendance on my business's social media.
- By signing up for this event and providing my availability, I understand I am accepting an obligation to attend for the full amount of time I requested.
- Should I be unable to attend my requested and assigned time slots, I agree to notify organizers as soon as possible.
