Thank you for wanting to be apart of Rhythm & Reels 2026!
Please note that submitting this application does not guarantee approval. All applications are reviewed based on availability, location, and overall event capacity.
Rhythm & Reels events can only be hosted Thursday through Sunday during the season.
Please review the blackout dates listed below. We will not be able to accommodate any Rhythm & Reels events during these times:

July 3–5
July 10–12
July 17
July 23–26
August 1
August 7–8
August 14–15
August 22
September 11–13
September 18–20
September 26
October 2–3
October 16
October 23–24

Terms & Conditions
Fees & Inclusions
There is a $750 fee to host your Rhythm or Reel event. This fee includes:
IF requesting the LED Screen there's a $2,000 fee to host.
- Site permitting
- Film licensing (if hosting a Reel)
- Movie screen (for Reels)
- Stage (for Rhythms)
- Band Fees (for Rhythms)
- Garbage cans
- One (1) portable restroom
- On-site event staff.
- A social media graphic to assist with your promotion
Application Review Process
Applicants will be contacted within five (5) business days of submission with the status of their application.
Community Groups: Please note that submission of an application does not guarantee selection or participation in this year’s series.

Prices
| Rhythm or Reel | $750.00 | This fee covers the hosting of a band for a Rhythm event or a Reel event utilizing the inflatable screen. |
| LED Screen | $2,000.00 | This fee is to use the Special Events LED screen. |
