Cosplay Contest

Show off your creativity, craftsmanship, and character portrayal in our Cosplay Contest! Whether you’re a seasoned cosplayer or stepping on stage for the first time, this contest is your chance to shine.

Participants may enter wearing cosplay from anime, video games, comics, movies, TV shows, or original designs. Judging will focus on creativity, overall presentation, accuracy, and stage presence.

What to Expect:

 • Individual or group cosplay entries (if applicable)

 • On-stage presentation or walk (details provided day-of)

 • Friendly competition in a supportive, high-energy environment

 • Prizes, recognition, and bragging rights ?

Important Notes:

 • A valid convention ticket is required to participate (contest registration does not include convention entry)

 • Costumes must comply with convention safety, prop, and content guidelines

 • Participants must arrive on time for check-in and judging

 • All skill levels are welcome — this contest is about fun, passion, and creativity

1. Convention Ticket Requirement
Participation in the Cosplay Contest requires the purchase of a valid convention ticket. Contest registration does not include convention entry, and a ticket must be purchased separately.
2. Eligibility and Compliance
All participants must comply with convention rules, cosplay guidelines, and event staff instructions. Costumes must be appropriate for a public, all-ages environment unless otherwise specified by the event.
3. Conduct and Sportsmanship
Harassment, unsafe behavior, or disruption of the event will not be tolerated and may result in disqualification or removal from the contest.
4. Schedule Responsibility
Participants are responsible for arriving on time for judging, staging, and presentations. Failure to appear when called may result in disqualification.
5. Media and Photography Release
I grant permission for the event organizers to photograph or record my participation for promotional and archival purposes without compensation.
6. Assumption of Risk and Liability Release
Participation is voluntary and at my own risk. I release the event organizers, staff, and venue from liability for injury, loss, or damage incurred during the event.
