This is the application for the Convention/Fandom Industry/Charity sign-up for San Japan 17 (2026).
Please provide all information to the best of your ability for consideration for access to this year's event.

Terms & Conditions
I have read over the rules listed on the San Japan Community Page IN FULL and fully acknowledge them. This includes:
-The number of badges that will be issued to us based on qualifications.
-What I am allowed to display/promote.
-Minimum Time Required To Promote.
-Requirement to contact San Japan for being a no-show.
-Table Assignments And Placement.
Failure to adhere to the rules will result in a minimum two-year ban from applying. Arguing for exceptions at the convention will not be taken lightly.
