2026 Vendor Application

The markets will be every Thursday starting May 28 until August 27, 2026. 

The markets start at 4:00 p.m. and end at 7:00 p.m.

On concert nights the markets will end at 8:00 p.m.

(Concert dates are TDB for now)

Please plan on staying until the end time, early departure can cause a safety issue for the public and other vendors. If you need to leave early please contact Cassie to discuss an exit plan.

• Vendors are prohibited from selling alcohol or marijuana products.
• We do expect vendors to engage in regular participation, both for the effectiveness of the event itself as well as for the vendor sale success. Booth locations are first come first serve.

Please note: Tents must be secured at all times. Please come prepared with weights and stakes. This is a requirement. 

Banning Lewis Ranch will market and promote the weekly Community Market through on-property signage throughout the Banning Lewis Ranch community, through the Ranch House weekly email communications, in social media (Banning Lewis Ranch Neighbors page & BL Community Market FB page), posters, earned media (listings in community calendars and through news articles on local markets) as well as through advertising communications venues (digital partnerships and print ads as appropriate).

If accepted, I agree: 

• I, the applicant, and my personal representatives, assigned successors, heirs, and executors, do hereby release, indemnify, waive, hold harmless and forever discharge Banning Lewis Ranch, as well as their agents, officers, employees, members, and volunteers for any claims, demands, causes of action, suits, judgments (including costs and expenses) and any and all liability arising directly or indirectly from damages of all kinds, theft, costs, property loss, bodily injury, or death that I might sustain as a result of my participation in or otherwise arising out of my activity at the Banning Lewis Ranch Summer Concert and Markers Market Series.
• To comply with all the representations of this application and with all the conditions and deadlines set forth in the rules and regulations sent to me with this application.
• I am solely and legally responsible for my equipment, people and products.
• I agree to be respectful of the facilities that we are using and that all trash is disposed of or recycled, and nothing is left behind. The vendor space will be returned in the condition it was found.
• To use my best efforts to present a high-quality product or service and to cooperate with Banning Lewis Ranch in assuring that this year's series will have the least impact on the environment and generally be amazing!
• Ensuring that behavior and language remain appropriate for all ages within the family-friendly environment, refraining from using any inappropriate language or gestures, and abstaining from smoking or drinking during the events.
• To keep my booth set up until 7:00PM (8:00 p.m. on concert nights) whether I am sold out of product or not. This policy keeps the market looking full and enticing for community members and in support of other vendors
