Press & Media Application

Thank you for your interest in covering our convention!

We issue Press Badges to representatives of any media or genre wishing to cover our convention in part or whole. We also support student assignments. Each application is judged on a case-by-case basis, and an application submission does not guarantee approval.

Press Badges grant admission to our convention, interviewing privileges of our guests and staff, use of our hospitality Media Suite, and email notifications of new press releases.

In exchange for your Press Badge, you agree to notify us upon publishing your coverage of our convention, You also agree that we are mentioned by the convention’s name as the location of any published interviews that are conducted at our convention. Failure to do so WILL result in denial of Press Badge requests at future events produced by this organization.

Approved applicants will be notified through the listed email address and added to our official press release mailing list. Approved press can pick up their Press Badges on-site during the convention with the presentation of a Photo ID, with further information contained in follow-up communication.
 
 Press Applications will close on March 20, 2026
 Approvals/denials will come as late as March 27, 2026
 Coverage of MTAC is due by May 31, 2026
