About the application
Use this application to apply for a spot in our parade lineup for your company or organization's parade walking/marching group or group with a float or vehicle. Groups can include up to 100 people.
Groups expecting to exceed 100 members should contact Rhode Island Pride to discuss sponsorship opportunities or expanded placement options. For sponsorship inquiries, please email sponsors@prideri.com.
Discounts or waived fees are only for organizations that have already become sponsors of the Festival & Parade and whose sponsorship package includes a complimentary space in the parade. If you are interested in becoming a sponsor, please reach out to us directly at sponsors@prideri.com for more information.
We will do our best to promptly review applications as they are submitted. Applications can take up to 2 weeks to process.

Terms & Conditions
A 3% platform fee will be applied to all approved registrations. Fees must be paid by debit or credit card, unless you are a nonprofit or government organization requiring special payment accommodations. All fees are charged only after applications are reviewed and approved; please refer to the notification schedule listed above for timing details.
The event will happen rain or shine. There is no rain date or postponement date. This application does not guarantee participation and is subject to approval by Rhode Island Pride. Rhode Island Pride reserves the right to reject incomplete participant applications or applications that do not reflect the mission and values of Rhode Island Pride.
By registering, all participants confirm they have reviewed and agree to adhere to Rhode Island Pride’s Parade Participant Terms and Conditions.

| EARLY BIRD: General Registration Base Fee (Walking Group) | $330.00 | Registration fee required for all groups participating. Includes 1 walking group of up to 100 people |
| Add Amplified Music | $50.00 | Add-on for groups bringing large speakers. Not applicable for bands with non-amp'd instruments. |
| Add a Car | $100.00 | Add-on for cars. Please add one per vehicle. We classify a “car” as any standard passenger vehicle. |
| Add a Truck | $200.00 | Add-on for trucks under 20” in length. Please add one per vehicle. |
| Add a Semi Truck/Bus | $300.00 | Add-on for any vehicles over 20” in length, any vehicles with a flatbed attachment, any busses or RVs. Please add one per vehicle. |
