About the event

Community Connection & Kids Fest is celebrating 10 years of connection in 2026! Join us on this anniversary year for even more fun through free activities, food, resources, and entertainment. The highlight of the event is always the FREE backpacks provided each year, connecting with local first responders, and meeting the organizations that care and serve our community. This event truly is a reflection of connection in Woodburn and we hope to see you there!

About the application

This application is for INFORMATIONAL booth space to provide resources to the community. 

 

The booth fees are as follows:

$35 dollars to be provided with:

  • ONE 6ft table to display your items
  • TWO chairs for staff and/or volunteers
  • space located under a canopy amongst other organizations

All banners, signage, table cloths, etc. are up to the exhibitor to provide. 

If you would like to bring your own canopy, tables & chairs, please contact event staff or indicate so on your application. 

 

Additional information:

  • SCHOLARSHIPS: You may request scholarship funds if you are unable to pay the fee. Please indicate reason for needing these funds on the application and event staff will follow-up with you.
  • RAFFLES: All exhibitors are encouraged to bring a raffle item to add to the fun of the event. This is a great opportunity for your organization to be highlighted. Please indicate if you plan to bring a raffle item on your application.
  • CONNECTION CARDS: In 2025, we offered connection cards (like a bingo card) to event attendees as a way to engage with exhibitors and earn an entry into the raffle. If you wish to be included, please submit an application by the deadline. 
  • PAYMENT: Payment of the $35 fee, will be due to A Ray of Hope,Today by July 25th for all approved exhibitors. Payment option information will be sent upon approval.

*If you are bringing a vehicle or offering activities that need additional space outside of the one 6ft table, please see the alternate applications. Additional fees may apply.
