2026 PRIDE PARADE MOTORCYCLE CONTINGENT REGISTRATION

Individuals wishing to participate in the 2026 San Diego Pride motorcycle contingent must register.

Confirmation: You will receive confirmation via email that your application has been received.
Motorcycle Contingent applicants will be automatically accepted.

 
NOTE: San Diego Pride reserves the right to reject incomplete  applications or applications that do not reflect the mission and values of San Diego Pride. Your parade application is not completed until payment has been received.

Additionally, the application WILL keep your progress as long as you click "save and continue." This means that you can come back to finish the application without worrying about having to re-do the entirety.

Use code "EARLY" to get free early bird registration. After May 31, 2026, the code will disable and you will be required to pay a $20 late registration fee. The application will remain active until 7AM day of the parade.

Parade Regulations

Please read each item below.  By registering you indicate you have read, understand, and agree to the terms and conditions listed below. If you have any questions, contact San Diego Pride.

• Forward Motion: All motorcycle drivers are required to maintain a continuous forward motion during the parade. No stopping unless directed by San Diego Pride staff.  
• Throwing From Your Motorcycle: Parade participants may not throw any item(s) from their motorcycle. NOTE: A warning will be given and if it continues you may be pulled from the parade; entry fees will not be refunded or returned.
• Nudity and obscenity: Nudity & obscenity will not be permitted as defined by California State Code, title 17.04.480. It is against the law to appear nude in public or to be exposed in a manner determined to be lewd, lascivious, and/or obscene, ordinance SDMC 56.53(c). Violators of these laws will be barred from participating in the San Diego LGBT Pride Parade and could be subject to citation or arrest from the San Diego Police Department.
• Drugs & Alcohol: It is illegal to possess or consume alcohol or drugs while participating on City of San Diego streets, ordinance SDMC 56.54(a).  Any illegal behaviors and/or violations of the law will not be tolerated in the San Diego Pride Parade staging, route, and dispersal area.  You will be responsible for any fines, fees, arrests, injury, or imprisonment that may occur if you break these or any other laws.  In addition, violations will be immediate cause for dismissal from the parade.  Please discourage your participants from consuming any alcohol or drugs prior to or during the parade.
• Motorcycle Breakdown: Towing charges for any motorcycle that becomes disabled and/or delays the Parade will be at the applicant’s expense.
• Hold Harmless/Indemnity: All motorcycle drivers are responsible for any and all acts and/or omissions on their part, their riders, and on the part of their agents, volunteers and/or employees that may result in injury or damage to themselves, their riders, agents, employees, or to third parties. Motorcycle drivers specifically agree to indemnify and to hold San Diego Pride and the City of San Diego and its agents, volunteers, and employees free and harmless and to defend it from any and all claims arising out of such acts or omissions.
• Insurance & Driver’s License:  Each motorcycle that enters the parade line up area and/or participates in the parade must have liability insurance, and the driver must have a current valid driver’s license. 
• Removal of Participants: San Diego Pride reserves the right to remove any persons or motorcycles from the pre-parade staging area or parade that, in their opinion is offensive, a hindrance to the progress of the parade, places other participants in danger or violates any regulation of this application.
• Right to Publish: San Diego Pride reserves the right to publish this signed agreement, in whole or in part, in support and pursuit of its aims, goals, and purposes.

By registering you confirm that you have read, understand, and agree to the above procedures and guidelines and that you understand that violation of any regulation is cause for removal from the parade.
