Pride St. Charles is currently accepting applications for entertainers at our 2026 Festival. The festival will take place on Sat., 6/20/2026 from 11:00am-5:00pm at the Family Arena, 2002 Arena Parkway, St. Charles, MO.
Completion of the application does not guarantee a spot in the entertainment line-up for Pride St. Charles nor does performance status from previous years. Application will close 5/1/2026.

Terms & Conditions
If chosen to perform, I understand that I must have all performance materials including music files and full lyrics submitted to PRIDE ST. CHARLES by 7:00pm on Sunday, May 31 or else my right to perform can and/or will be revoked.
If chosen to perform, there will be a contract for the performer to sign electronically.
Backstage passes will be handed out for anyone performing at the festival to be worn to access and whenever in backstage areas. You will also be given 2 additional passes for any supporting personnel/helpers. NO ONE will be allowed backstage without a pass.
There will be a MANDATORY Meeting for chosen performers on Monday, June 8, to go over details for the festival. This meeting will be held via Google Meet.

The Pride St. Charles festival is a family friendly atmosphere. Your performances shall be kept PG-13 to keep the material suitable for all audiences. Please make sure that lyrics are not explicit. Pride St. Charles reserves the right to remove a song if deemed inappropriate. No nudity is allowed in performances. Thank you for your understanding.
