The Grizz-Con 2026 Idol Performer Application is for soloists and groups interested in showcasing idol-style performances, including K-pop, J-pop, C-pop, and similar genres. Selected performers will have the opportunity to perform on stage in front of a live convention audience. This application helps us review performance style, experience, and technical needs to ensure a smooth and exciting show for everyone involved.

Grizz-Con 2026 Idol Performer Application – Terms & Conditions
By submitting an Idol Performer Application for Grizz-Con 2026 (“Event”), the applicant (“Performer”) agrees to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read carefully before submitting your application.
1. Eligibility
Minors must have written parental or legal guardian consent and may be required to be accompanied by an approved guardian.
All members of a group application must meet eligibility requirements.
2. Application Submission
Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.
All information provided must be accurate and complete.
Grizz-Con reserves the right to request additional information or materials (e.g., performance videos, music files).
3. Selection & Notification
Performers are selected based on quality, originality, technical feasibility, and scheduling needs.
Accepted performers will be notified via the contact information provided.
4. Performance Content & Standards
Performances must be appropriate for a general convention audience.
Content that is discriminatory, hateful, excessively explicit, or otherwise inappropriate is prohibited.
Grizz-Con reserves the right to require edits to performance content or to cancel a performance that violates these standards.
5. Technical Requirements
Performers must submit all required technical needs (e.g., audio files, microphones, props) by the stated deadline.
Audio files must meet the specified format and quality requirements.
Grizz-Con will provide standard stage, sound, and lighting as outlined; specialized equipment may not be available.
6. Check-In
Performers must check in at the designated time and location on the day of their performance.
Failure to check in on time may result in cancellation of the performance slot.
7. Compensation
Unless otherwise stated in writing, idol performances are unpaid.
Performers are responsible for their own travel, lodging, meals, and other expenses.
8. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
If a Performer must cancel, they must notify Grizz-Con as soon as possible.
No-shows or late cancellations may affect eligibility for future events.
Grizz-Con reserves the right to cancel or reschedule performances due to unforeseen circumstances.
9. Conduct
Performers are expected to behave professionally and respectfully toward staff, volunteers, attendees, and other performers.
Harassment, unsafe behavior, or violation of convention policies may result in removal from the Event.
10. Media Release
By participating, Performers grant Grizz-Con permission to photograph, video record, and otherwise capture their performance.
Performers grant Grizz-Con the right to use such media for promotional, archival, and marketing purposes without additional compensation.
11. Liability & Assumption of Risk
Performers participate at their own risk.
Grizz-Con is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property.
Performers agree to release and hold harmless Grizz-Con, its staff, volunteers, and venue from liability for injury or loss, except where prohibited by law.
12. Acceptance of Terms
Submission of an application indicates acknowledgment and acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
Grizz-Con reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time, with notice provided when applicable.
Grizz-Con 2026 reserves the right to make final decisions regarding performer selection, scheduling, and event operations.
