Special Guests

Welcome to the Special Guest Application for MotionXChange Events. We are excited to collaborate with creators, performers, influencers, cosplayers, industry professionals, and community leaders who bring value, energy, and expertise to our event.

This application helps us learn more about your background, appearance needs, availability, and how you would like to participate in the event. Special Guests may be invited to host workshops, perform, participate in panels, judge competitions, meet fans, or appear for promotional activities.

Please complete all sections with accurate information. Once submitted, our team will review your application and contact you with next steps, expectations, and scheduling details.

1. Application Review

Submission of this application does not guarantee acceptance. All applications will be reviewed based on event needs, scheduling, and alignment with our mission and community.

 2. Professional Conduct

Approved Special Guests are expected to maintain professionalism, respect, and positive interactions with attendees, staff, vendors, and performers at all times.

 3. Appearance Agreement

Once confirmed, Special Guests must attend all agreed-upon appearances, panels, performances, or meet-and-greets unless communicated otherwise at least 48 hours in advance.

 4. Promotional Use

By participating, Special Guests grant MotionXChange permission to use their name, image, and likeness for event promotion before, during, and after the event.

 5. Compensation & Benefits

Compensation, perks, and accommodations (if applicable) will be outlined in a separate agreement upon acceptance. These may include travel assistance, hotel arrangements, booth space, stipends, or featured placement in marketing.

 6. Liability

MotionXChange is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property. Guests participate at their own risk.

 7. Event Policies

All Guests must follow event rules, safety guidelines, venue policies, and staff instructions. Violation may result in removal from programming or the event.

 8. Cancellations

Event organizers reserve the right to adjust programming or cancel appearances due to safety, venue requirements, or unforeseen circumstances.
