Panelist, Performer & Guest Application – GOM CON 2025: Galactic Getaway
Receive 4 complimentary 2-Day Passes to GOM CON for the day of your choosing when you host a 1-hour session in our Theatre at ICONS at The Pointe, Margaritaville.

Terms & Conditions
GOM CON 2025 Panelist / Performer / Guest Terms & Conditions
By submitting this application, you agree to the following terms and conditions for participation in GOM CON 2025: Galactic Getaway, hosted at ICONS at The Pointe, Margaritaville, Nassau, Bahamas.
1. Scheduling & Confirmation
Approved applicants will be notified of their confirmed day and time slot no later than December 23rd, 2025.
GOM CON reserves the right to adjust or reassign time slots if necessary due to scheduling or technical requirements.
2. Arrival & Check-In Requirements
Panelists must arrive at least 10 minutes before their scheduled session.
Failure to arrive on time may result in immediate forfeiture of the session, with no rescheduling guaranteed.
3. Presentation Materials & AV Requirements
All presenters must bring their materials on a USB thumb drive in a standard playable format (MP4, PDF, PowerPoint, etc.).
Presenters must also bring one person who can assist and communicate with the venue’s AV technician regarding cues, audio needs, slides, or any other presentation elements.
ICONS at The Pointe provides standard equipment such as:
Projector or LED display
HDMI inputs
House sound system
Microphones (wired/wireless depending on availability)
Confidence monitor setup (based on room configuration)
Basic stage lighting
Presenters are responsible for ensuring their content is compatible with venue equipment. Specialized or additional equipment must be requested in advance and may not be guaranteed.
4. Content Guidelines
All presentations must be safe, respectful, and suitable for a general audience unless otherwise stated.
Any NSFW, mature, or sensitive content MUST be clearly disclosed in the application form.
This disclosure allows the GOM CON Team to:
Label the session appropriately
Inform attendees
Ensure the session is placed in an appropriate time slot
Failure to disclose NSFW content may result in removal from the schedule.
5. Professional Conduct
Panelists must uphold respectful conduct toward staff, volunteers, attendees, and other guests at all times.
Disruptive behavior, harassment, or violations of GOM CON policies may result in the session being canceled and revocation of badges.
6. Recording & Photography
By participating, you grant GOM CON permission to record, photograph, or livestream your session for promotional and archival purposes, unless otherwise indicated in writing.
7. Complimentary Passes
Approved panelists receive 4 complimentary 2-Day Passes for the day of their session.
Passes are non-transferable and must be collected with valid QR Code
