Our Idol Showcase spotlights singers, dancers, performers, and idol groups of all kinds. Whether you're J-pop, K-pop, C-pop, original idol, cosplay idol, or just vibing with a dream this is your moment. 
Performances are family-friendly and high-energy. Bring your best.

Submission & Approval
• Submit complete, on-time applications.
• Approval is not guaranteed and will be confirmed via email.
• Complimentary badges are only issued after approval.

Complimentary Badges
• 1 performer badge + 1 assistant badge per approved solo/duo act.
• Group limit: 6 total badges.
• Multiple submissions do not earn extra badges unless approved by staff.

Equipment Use
• Only basic AV equipment is provided.
• Performers may not operate event equipment.
• Performers must bring their own HDMI cables, audio devices, screens, speakers, or media players if needed.
• Any damage caused to equipment is the responsibility of the performer.

Content & Schedule
• Performances must remain PG-13 and match the description/song submitted.
• Zimmad Events may adjust the final performance duration.
• Plan for 15 minutes setup and 15 minutes teardown around your slot.
• Inappropriate content or disruptive behavior may result in removal and badge forfeiture.

Conduct
• Performers must maintain professionalism and respect toward staff, attendees, volunteers, and other performers.
• Staff instructions must be followed at all times.

Compliance
• Zimmad Events may update rules at any time.
• Submission implies full agreement to all guidelines.

 
Liability Policy – Idol Showcase
• General Liability: Zimmad Events and its affiliates are not responsible for injuries, losses, damages, or inconveniences experienced by performers.
• Personal Injury: Participation is at your own risk. Zimmad Events accepts no liability for injuries or medical emergencies.
• Property Loss/Damage: Performers are responsible for their personal items. We are not liable for theft, loss, or damage.
• Equipment/Technical Issues: Only basic AV is provided. Technical issues or malfunctions are not the responsibility of Zimmad Events. Performers must bring all additional gear and are liable for any damage they cause to provided equipment.
• Content & Conduct: Performers are solely responsible for their performance content and must follow all laws, venue rules, and event guidelines.
• Event Modifications: Zimmad Events may adjust schedules or cancel elements of the showcase without notice and is not liable for any associated costs.
• Indemnification: By participating, performers agree to hold Zimmad Events harmless from any claims arising from injury, property loss, or performance content.
